I've used them 2x now. Both times, they responded within minutes, had someone out within hours, and got the jobs done quickly, politely, and professionally. Would definitely recommend and use them again! Thank you

Forgot my keys while picking up dinner. Found this place through Google, and Osward was very polite even though it was pretty late at night. He was able to get my door open in a quick and non-destructive manner, and for a reasonable price. Recommended.

I accidentally locked myself out. I was lucky to find this place through a quick google search. The young man they sent was able to quickly unlock my door without any damage! He knew what he was doing and patiently explained the process. I highly recommend this place. Their price was worth the peace of mind of having this problem solved quickly on a Sunday.

Simply the best. Omar’s professionalism and knowledge helped us handle a very serious situation regarding our gated property with ease. He swiftly changed the locks and provided invaluable support from start to finish. He’s been our trusted locksmith since. He’s installed various types of digital locks, repaired commercial doors and has also installed security cameras on our commercial property. Excellent service and quality all the way through. Truly feel lucky to have found this business and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

My sister was locked out of her apartment and needed an emergency locksmith. We called Astoria Locksmith and Door and they sent Oswald, who arrived within 15 minutes. Oswald was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and so courteous. He explained everything he was doing and made a stressful situation manageable. I would 100% recommend using Astoria Locksmith.
